Bust Dimes were made from 1796 to 1837. A Small Eagle reverse was used in 1796 and 1797.
Bust Dimes from 1809 to 1837 had a modified obverse and are known as Capped Bust Dimes.

From the first year of dime production with a mintage of 22,135. This is an attractive example with solid detail and nice problem-free coin-gray surfaces.

4 Berries. Well detailed with attractive light silver-gray surfaces.

5 Berries. Well worn with a sharp date.

Large Date. Very attractive silver-white surfaces and a touch of gold accent. Well struck and strong eye appeal.

Large Date. Super detail for the grade with a nice storm cloud grey patina accented by hints of blue-gold toning.

Well detailed gunmetal-gray surfaces. Scarce and very desirable.
